Leicester, GBWorking with Nidhi and her team has been very straightforward and has been an absolute pleasure. I would recommend Nidhi for any forthcoming e-learning build projects.

City of London, GBPoor communication, always trying to add more money for what is already part of the project. Paid $900 to convert 2 files onto scorm and upload to LMS. I would say it takes 2 hours work and this freelancer still trying to squeeze more money. The freelancer did not convert the file properly by leaving water marks on the final outcome. When asked to remove the watermark and re-convert again, the user ask for $100. Now I am not being funny but it costs $10 to convert a file and it should be free if I already paying around $900 for an incomplete project. Will never use again. Beware!

A ridiculous buyer. Will clearly define the scope of work, negotiate highly on cost, when then award the order. Once the order is awarded, will keep adding jobs to it. We accomodated so many requests free of cost, but there are limits to it. There is efforts required to do each job.
Regarding that the the buyer spend $900 to to convert 2 files in the scorm and upload on to the LMS, the buyer could not even state his problem in the feedback. The job was to install an LMS and customise the entire LMS based on an LMS loaded on another domain. Also course were to be loaded on the LMS.
As per the buyer its a 2 hours Job. If it was so, why did the buyer agree to to $900.
The next point that the buyer has raised that I was convert a file and remove watermark. If a PPT has to be converted to an eLearning course, there is a proper development cycle and that a separate job and never a part of uploading LMS. The buyer used a free tool to convert the PPT to SCORM file and shared the file with us. Which we uploaded and submitted the finished work. After the free trial was over, the buyer did not want to spend for the conversion of SCORM file and wanted us to do the job for FREE. Just understand there is no free lunch.
Its a 18 slide course with images and voice over and the buyer feels it should have been done free or the maximum cost of elearning course creation is $10, its ridiculous. The cost for this course development was minimum $180 but we agreed to do it for $75. After the course was done and delivered, the buyer approaches us again to do another course of 22 slides absolutely free. Come on man.
For sure I am not going to work for this buyer again and one who wants to work and not get paid, please accept his job.
