Nancy is very speedy and keeps open communication. She also delivers to the point work keeping closely to the specification and making adjustments with the speed of light if such are necessary.

As for the first job and considering learning curve that everybody goes through with a new contractor I think Nancy did a great job. She is very timely and efficient and what is very important for any project she keeps open dialogue and is very responsive.
