It has been such a pleasure working with Katie. She is responsive and provide timely updates. I was able to go on holiday and not worry about it. She is reliable and completes projects within the agreed time frame, notifies you if there are any issues, provide option for solutions and advice. We have not met face to face yet it has been such a smooth process. Her workmanship is excellent and the samples were beautifully made!
