Attitude to work: As discussed above, Greg has an unbelievable amount of patience and is able to make himself available at the convenience of others. I would take caution from this approach, as managing his lifestyle will become more important as fatigue will catch him up quickly which will affect his delivery! Continue to work hard, as this will be appreciated by your clients, as I have.
Seamless client service: Never once, has Greg allowed any obstacle to make my life difficult. Whether than be shrinking the file size to send via email, suggesting other platforms to screen share, giving me the opportunity to call him at late hours of the night – he is always focussed on delivering customer service. It’s this reason why I chose Greg in the first place as I liked his enthusiasm and passion to deliver.
