Absolutely hopeless. A website review is only any good if it is followed up with a plan to deal with the issues identified. As it was Grant was happy to give a list of things wrong but then when I wanted to work through the issues and give him extra work to fix them he appears to have disappeared off the face of the earth and is not responding to any messages. Whilst £60 might not be a fortune it is just a waste when ultimately I now need to find another contractor to repeat the work. Not to mention the fact that my website development has been on hold for 3 months as I wanted to continue to work with the same contractor. Overall this experience has been dreadful.

Amazing! Grant is incredibly efficient and easy to work with, solved a problem that had been giving me a headache for days! Highly recommend.
