The project was to present an ice cream brand and a bakery brand to large scale retail buyers at a major food industry show in Moscow. Unfortunately, the sales manager for the company concerned failed to apply for his visa in time. In order to use the opportunity to meet the buyers we asked Ekaterina to step in. Ekaterina picked up a complex brief and presented it successfully. She was asked to make a further presentation to a major buying group later in the year. Not only this, she stepped in and organized printing for her own and other product ranges at short notice. The food industry is not her speciality, she is an innovation specialist but she filled the gap very well.
