Brentwood, GBI was very happy working with Dominique on my sampling project, which included three garment pieces. She created both the toile and the final garments using the main fabric, as well as developed the patterns. I was especially impressed with the quality and finishing of the garments
Dominique was responsive, professional, and delivered excellent service throughout the process.
As someone who is still new to garment making and collaborating with designers, I truly appreciate her patience, communication, and hard work.
The only suggestion I would make for both of us in future projects is to schedule a fitting session to ensure the garments are tailored perfectly to the body measurements.
Thank you again for your great effort and support I appreciate it .

Walton-on-Thames, GBI strongly advise against working with Dominique on any sewing-related projects. The workmanship we received was far below an acceptable standard, and when we attempted to offer clear, constructive feedback about the quality required for our business, her response was shockingly unprofessional. Rather than addressing the issues, she became defensive, personal, and openly hostile.
We had entrusted her with producing items intended for sale, yet the finished products were of such poor quality that we would never feel comfortable offering them to customers. As a result, we now have to restart the entire production process from scratch.
Perhaps most concerning was her claim that she was “required to give a good standard of work, not excellent,” despite the fact that the work delivered did not meet even a basic level of quality—and we had never agreed to anything less than excellence for our products.
Based on our experience, we will not be working with Dominique again and would caution others against relying on her for any sewing or production needs.

This "company" has no idea they blame me for a product which was off grain in its printing and so therefore couldn't be folded straight no matter what we did. They didn't listen and micromanaged asking for things every step of the way. They have no grace cannot see when a small stitch also might go off line they have no idea what is involved in sewing up there wonky tablewear and they accused me and my team of not being excellent taking pictures with the product on their jeans and with nail varnish still on there fingers telling me I'm not perfect. They paid only £2 per product on most items and treated you like you were working in a sweatshop...my seamstresses have been sewing a long time and for all different people and projects but I warn people not to go near these fake people. Even paying us £2 a product leaving profit doesn't explain how he still has so many staff and profits to pay them with. I really feel this group of people are not a nice people to ever have to meet and they are making money somewhere but cannot pay people like me properly, expect you to be a machine In order to sew wonky pattern pieces. Warning against these people.
