Untrustworthy. Unreasonable.

Christina has taken on other jobs in lieu of this job - which is technically refusing to complete the work.

Asset updates are being received on average every 11 days. Given 24 more similar assets are required = 264 days until final delivery. Unacceptable.
Time delays cause financial losses to clients.
Plus hiring another artist and having 2 different art styles in my game will negatively impact the overall look of the game causing further financial losses.

An excessive amount of time has been required (at all stages) for me to get assets delivered.

Christina, in her own words, can not be expected to read back through the workstream to find the answers to questions she has already asked. So she simply repeats questions constantly and pushes the time of re-answering and sourcing the original answer (to be exact) onto her client.

To be clear, I am not referring to isolated instances of a few questions repeated here and there, I understand that reasonable repetition is required.

This has occurred from the beginning of our relationship, however I thought it would improve over time as the work became familiar to her. It did not and in fact as Christina's ratings improved (Thanks to me), she took on more work, which in fact led to her having less time to devote to this workstream and an increase in the amount of questions being repeated due to her focus being spread over multiple jobs.

For the last 2 assets I was required to spend even more time collating my answers to her so that she did not have to spend her time trying to look through previous messages. This did not seem to help. So now the future of my game project is uncertain.

I would only recommend Christina for single asset jobs, for which she would be well suited. The end result is very nice looking work.
And outside of many unnecessary messages being received (which clutter the workstream and make it hard for Christina to read back through), Christina has a pleasant manner to work with and she is definitely fluent in English so there are no language barrier problems to speak of.

But particularly if you require more than 1 asset, be prepared to spend a lot of extra time to assist Christina's work process in order to achieve that result, meaning your project will be delayed as your time is spent helping Christina. If you push back on her about that extra time, be aware that she may stop delivering and your project may suffer!
