Had the same issue go un-fixed multiple times, had to repeatedly ask for the same issue to be fixed, was told it was done, then would double check and find the same errors untouched. They never seemed to do their own double check before telling me it was finished, which made professionalism quite frustrating.
Time quoted was WAY UNDER the time it actually took.
