    Work Experience
    -----------------

Job Title: Canada Manager/North American Business Development
    Company: BD Stadia Ltd
Description: • To date, in-stadium gaming does not currently exist within Canadian sport due to gambling regulations. With the potential for change in regulations, along with the imminent launch of provincial online gaming sites, we saw the opportunity to create and successfully launch a model that would be put in place across Canada. To this end, in-depth research and liaison with various agencies was required to create and cultivate a model.
    • Contacting and arranging meetings with key personnel at Betting and Gaming counsel, professional sporting bodies such as MLSE and the Government Lottery organisations allowed me to develop a relationship with these personnel, as well as gain the insight we required to start building the Canadian model.
    • My research grew our knowledge bank of insights, in particular to potential barriers with regards to legalities surrounding betting, league specific policies as well as keeping up to date on any future plans or policy advancement.
    • With the above research and communication, I was able to work closely with the Directors of BD Stadia to create our Canadian marketplace's in-stadium gaming construct/model. To date, we are currently proposing our construct to various sporting clubs to become their in-stadium gaming partner activation provider.
