Brillant work again

Excellent

This was my first time using this freelancer and i signed on because of the excellent feedback he had. However, the work provided was 1. Late which meant i didn't meet the deadline i had set for myself to deliver the work. 2. When it finally did come it was not up to the level agreed on the scope and expected based on the profile and reviews. In the end i had to complete the work myself as there was no time for me to give further guidance and instructions for the proper thing to be done.
