1. The most important factor of having a VA – is saving on money. You don’t have the revenue taxes putting an extremely heavy weight on your expenses and the other extra bills an In-House employee will cause.

m. I have worked in many different industries in my 14 years experience from Hotels, Factories, Logistics, Medical, Technology and Accountants. And now, I’m bringing the many skills I have learned through my professional career - online, to help you and many others in your position.
n. I have excellent organizational and planning skills – I can schedule business and personal appointments and interviews. To remind you of important dates and diary maintenance.
o. Make and Return calls with a clear and concise manner, marketing calls and I do other promotional work. I pride myself on my communication skills.
p. Transcription – I have experience and training in this through a National Vocational Award in Secretary Training. My two years teaching experience abroad in Africa and Indonesia has benefited my listening development. I have had to exam many students on their speaking level and this requires listening attentively to every word for possible errors. Also it has improved my ability to listen to English in many worldly accents.
q. Proofreading – even though I’m not entirely experienced to a level you are usually using, I have been a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teacher for 2 years while travelling and I am currently tutoring online via Skype. This has developed my skill for grammar and spelling correction and also proves my ability to scan everything like a fine tooth comb again for possible errors in exam and project work. I pride myself on my attention to detail.

I am new to online work but I’m not new to online and I’m not new to professional work.
