The feedback around the Xero connection flow, mapping UX, account-code conventions, and reconciliation behaviour was thoughtful and grounded in real eBay/Xero experience, which is exactly the perspective I needed.

I also appreciated that you validated the resulting journals, reports, and balances inside Xero itself rather than only checking that entries appeared.

The screenshots and structured notes made the findings easy to review and actionable from a product/UX perspective.
