Definitely a bad experience. Please do not trust his great portfolio. He created for me 2 crap logos, and a decent one, but really far from the standard of the portfolio. When asked why he told me that those logos costed 10 times the price. NOT FAIR AT ALL!

For your kind info, price always matters. If you want a $149 logo just for $21 then you are not getting those. Those clients who are serious and happy to spend their money for the quality design, they are surely getting the quality design.
BUT WHAT IS FAIR:- You will not get a $149 logo just for $20. If you are cheaper client then you will get the low quality logo no matter what.

Happy with output though took longer than expected and disappointed have to refer seller back to his original proposal and also disappointed about receiving constant prompts about payment even after referring them back to PPH t&Cs

Its not like take and go. Designing take times, and 4-5 days are not a longer time for a job if you want quality . And you are new here at PPH. So, we know better than you how it works. We work for money. After the job everyone wants his payment. But if you dont release the money from Escrow then we have to knock you again and again. We dont work for free. And being a new client at PPH I told you how it works. If you still dont understand then its not my fault.
3 star just because of it is not acceptable. You should not work again at PPH. Come back after knowing the full rules and terms. Thanks.
