Previously an Executive Assistant in London with over 15 years experience I am now working for clients on a freelance basis. I can help you out with all kinds of projects; from day to day office support, to invoicing and client liaison to event/project management. There are few things I cannot turn my hand to! I am able to offer support from a couple of hours per month, to a couple of hours per day and can work remotely or on-site.

    Maybe you are a local business that needs additional support from time to time but are not in a position to employ someone permanent. Or self employed and need someone to help you get on top of your invoicing and get the cash coming in. Equally I do work for clients who just need help sorting out their personal admin! To give you a flavour these are some of the things I am currently doing for clients:

    •Creating employment contracts and job descriptions
    •Creating and managing an appraisal process
    •Creating and managing a timesheet process
    •Chasing client invoices
    •Organising an office move
    •Sourcing the best deals for office equipment
    •Sourcing the best car leasing deal
    •Advising best tariffs for household bills
    •Organising personal and business filing systems
    •Logging the year's receipts for year end
    •Proof reading
    •Minute taking
