The freelancer was good that sent questions to clarify the details before he got to work. He tried to accomodate the further feedback given after submission of drafts, by further changing them.

The minus point was that he didn't give prompt replies of receiving the message (had to follow up on him that he got the message). Also, didn't not mention that he would charge extra above the agreed working time.
