Never again. Unable to understand and transcribe a two-person English-accent audio interview properly. When I provided feedback, accused me of speeding up the audio I sent, complained that there were repetitions (in an audio interview - and why should this matter anyway...), said there's no relation between English comprehension and transcription (which says it all). He accepted that a native language speaker wouldn't find the audio difficult to transcribe. These were amongst other 'reasons' for the poor transcription. I had to spend extra time listening to my audio and re-transcribing. I should add I've had no such other complaints with other transcribers who transcribed similar audio files.

Accurate transcription with generally good attention to detail (spelling etc). Completed to agreed deadline. Managed to transcribe an accent well.

Really good job (German accents in English were no issue), timely and good communication! Defintely recommendable.
