Caroline was extremely professional and a breeze to deal with. She completed a lengthy task in super-quick time, working through her weekend, keeping me constantly updated about her progress and taking the time and trouble to ask questions to clarify instructions where they weren't clearly understood. I was very impressed that she looked up references to names and companies in the transcription to get the right spelling rather than simply trying to guess. I would have no hesitation in recommending Caroline and would happily use her again.
