    When I discover problems, I not only solve them in a timely manner, but also take ownership of them. Although I see myself as extremely independent, I have had important roles where the only efficient weapon towards aligning customer goals and executive goals was to listen to feedback and suppress my disbelief and defensive reflexes. The only way you'll ever fully integrate disparate needs and people, is to proactively seek this binding feedback, to own it and to amplify it towards change.

    Work Experience Summary: I worked as a Strategic Account Manager with Versata Enterprises acquisitions. I acted as the interface between customers, CEOs and internal processes/teams in a constantly changing environment. The main opportunity for discussing customer feedback were Customer Success Calls, which were biannual account reviews with each customer of a newly acquired IT management solutions company, organized by the Account Manager, where the CEO was present along with a team of pre-sales, support and operational managers.

    I was responsible for creating an action plan and engaging each of our representatives towards meeting the customer's needs. I was also responsible for offering support plans and cross-selling other Versata-acquired products, in line with the customer's requirements.
