I have 1 years’ experience at financial services admin work, while more recently I have gained experience as a HR Administrator, drafting policies and researching career planning strategies for job seekers.

Back in 2005, I passed Qualified Financial Adviser course parts 1-4 which included Life Assurance, Loans, Pension and Investment modules. While during 2011-13, I studied an eBusiness course which has helped me acquire many of the skills required to be a more capable General Virtual Assistant.

I also have many transferable skills from my 15 year IT career. For example, I can quickly learn how to use business I.T systems to carry out job related tasks. I would also be able to record office procedures to enable easy repetition of complex or important tasks by less experienced staff.

I am very proficient at writing business emails/letters that clearly communicates message to relevant parties. I also have strong ability to identify relevant source articles and then produce concise documents and reports for business purposes.

I have studied Web Authoring and I have produced basic websites in HTML/CSS using Dreamweaver. But more recently, I have built up skills in Wordpress CMS, and I have developed over 5 brochure websites for my own businesses and for friends.

I use calendar management, to-do lists, project tracking and daily planners to manage my work effectively. This has resulted in improved productivity, as I can manage multiple tasks each day and keep accurate records of progress.

I am Familiar with the protocol of keeping company and computer information confidential and I like to commit to on-going projects where my trust and commitment can be established along with the production of high-quality work.
