Zen cart problem fix and skin installation

Hi all

My client has a Zen Cart site that is having problems. They also have a new skin that needs to be installed.

Customer payment path seems to be broken when you click on continue to checkout.

Customers will need a CSV file from the website to upload to their sites and ebay etc.

I appreciate the problem could be small or major but hopefully there is enough information here for those in the know! Website address can be provided via direct message.
