Outline & Structure: We are in the process of creating a yoga based DVD with variety of poses and categories. We need help from a professional yoga tutor to create pose sequence for beginner, intermediate and advanced level viewers for 15mins, 30mins and 45 minutes of durations.

We basically need list of postures (name alone) for each category(flexibility , lose weight, concentration and 3 other categories), levels and time. You would have to prepare 54 sessions in total. If you provide us your email id, we can share a google doc with you that has a sample list for beginner-flexibility-15 mins.

We expect this to be completed in 3 weeks. Also we would like you to do one sequence before we start on this.

We just need the pose sequence (which is the list of poses one after the other) written in text format.
