.XML feed from Google Spreadsheet

I have a need to export data held in a Google Spreadsheet to .XML. The data will be distributed to a mobile forms solution (www.devicemagic.com) for pushing jobs out to the relevant contacts via an .XML or JSON feed. The data to be sent is very simple and consists of 5 fields - name, address, postcode, job number and assigned to.

I need to enter data into the spreadsheet (or alternative GUI) and have it sent to Device Magic via the Push API. No further work is required on the spreadsheet.

This could be achieved through Excel if the Google spreadsheet option isn't available.
