XML editor to extract text only, allow editing and write it back

We have .xml files that contain text strings that we want to translate. So ideally we require an editor that can extract the text and display it, and have second field that allows you to put the new translated text in, and then write away the new value to the xml file. We would want to edit the string and pull out the text field "Project", display it in a table, and allow it to be changed to "Project" (french)and then write it back to the xml file. I have attached sample xml file we use. Any questions please let me know - we need it sooner rather than later.
