User Manual Translation from English to Spanish

I want to translate the attached User Manual from English to Spanish. I can do translation myself using Google but I don't want software translation. I want natural translation. This manual has lot of icons and I want all icons in right places so I don't want blind translation where I have to spend lot of time in corrections.

Please send me reasonable proposal if you have command in the language. I need the translation soon so please only send proposal if you can complete the translation soon.
