Vision Engineering Ltd. manufactures a range of optical microscopes used within industry (electronics manufacturing, precision engineering, plastics, dental etc) for visual inspection and dimensional checking, for the purposes of quality control. Many of the systems employ patented optical technology to remove the need for the conventional eyepieces of a microscope, allowing operators to work in complete comfort, improving accuracy and efficiency.
We require some product PR to be translated into French. A good understanding of engineering terms is essential, as the material will be be read by engineers, so the text should be functional and direct. Correct use of technical terminology is very important.
There are two files to translate (222 words and 391 words). Product literature will be supplied to provide examples of a good French translation, plus an overview of general industry terms.
