Translation of personality based behavioural descriptors from English to Arabic

We require the translation of an extensive library of personality based competency descriptors. The library of descriptors is 97,315 words, though contains much repetition as can be seen from the attached sample. The content will be provided in excel format and must be submitted back in same excel format. Those who feel confident they can work with this format will realize that the actual translation content is less than 40% of the quoted word count (due to repetition) and can figure out how to simplify and reduce the translation effort on their part. (replace all function for block paragraphs.)

Please provide sample translations of psychology, business or human resource related material. The project will be awarded based on the quality of the translation samples and the specificity of the proposal as all generic proposals will not be considered.
