Translation of hairdressing videos with time codes

I'm looking for an English- French translator who will manually translate srt or vtt file with keeping all the timecodes for the use of Vimeo and Youtube. (this is really important)

Videos are hairdressing tutorials and you might encounter some technical language,

I'm looking for a person I can work with permanently on regular basis, at least 120 min of the videos
I will require a one-minute free sample of your translation.(please find the file attached)

The rate is 1USD per minute of the video.
