Translation of Arabic text in old manuscript

I need a translator to translate a paragraph of Arabic text and a brief synopsis of two full pages of Arabic in a Mughal manuscript. It is fairly legible, written in naskh, and I can recognise some words but not many, eg, "the couple", "their news". I've attached the paragraph, but please do not send me any translations until I award the job to you. It shouldn't take long, hence why I think the rate is fair.
