Translation of a video from Welsh to English

I have some videos in Welsh and I need them translated to English in MS Word. Right now I have 1h to start with, out of which about 20 minutes are in Welsh the rest is in English (is a dialog between 2 people). I will have some more files in the following days. I want to hire someone today to translate these 20 minutes of video today as this is urgent. These are about 2000 words max in these 20 minutes and my budget for this is 40-50$. I am looking for a translation as close to the original as possible, no adaptation needed.
