Translate subtitles for 1hr video from english to spanish

I need to translate the English language subtitles of a documentary on Yoga to Spanish language. The documentary is one hour long. I am a native Spanish speaker but do not have time to do the translation. I would appreciate someone that has knowledge or interest on the subject matter and is familiar with subtitle file formats.
I would give you the English language text file with time stamps and you would deliver the Spanish language version.

This is a independent documentary film and therefore there is little budget. Thanks for your understanding.
