Translate my book from English to Arabic 150,000 words approximately

I was using has fallen pregnant and is suffering major sickness.
I need my book translated from English to Arabic. It is about 150,000 words in length. I do not want any Google or other such like translations. I also do not want a literal translation but a translation, which conveys the sense, feelings or comedy within the work. I need the work completed as soon as possible. I am an individual and this is my first book so funds are limited.
