Translate Finance Software PowerPoint Presentation into Polish

Hi.
I have a need to translate a 78 page powerpoint presentation from English into Polish.
One-Third of the pages are bullet points.
Two-thirds of the pages are actually screen grabs of a finance system software product and have callouts on them.
The page title and the approx 8 call outs need to be translated per page.
A typical call out would say things like: "Select the field you wish to search" and "Select Additional Filtering criteria by pressing the left button"
A People per Hour NDA would have to be signed.
I have no expectations for the translation to be completed before Xmas, although it would be a bonus if it was.
I would need it by the 4th Jan 2019
What I do not want is for someone to take the job and then turn round on the 3rd Jan and tell me it's not even started.
As the software package is a financial one, any experience in the finance area would be helpful as there are a quite a few finance technical terms such as Assets/contracts/accounting periods/Dilapidations/restorations etc. in the deck.
Once delivered I would get the work checked by a Polish national.
There could well be more work in the future if a good job is done.
I am looking for a fair and reasonable amount of hours to be spent and the project not to be spun out.
