Translate and transcribe from video French to English

I have a number of video clips, total length 36 minutes with people speaking in both French and Breton.

The French speakers to be translated into English and transcribed into a Word document. There are two presenters and they occasionally speak in Scottish and Irish Gaelic to each other, but we already have these sections transcribed so it would just be to focus on the French in the clips.

The video has a clock running on it and I need the time written down next to the French - English translation.

I will provide a Word template document for writing the translations next to the time code.

For example, 10:02:23 - 10:02:56 "The last time I visited this city was in 1976 and I arrived by boat"
