Translate an A4 page of text and compare EN and FR "documents" ASAP

I believe that this translation work is a pretty straight-forward and easy and a professional can finish it easily under an hour. There are some musical terms involved but overall, the job is to translate about 1 A4 (around 400 words) of English into French.

After that is done, I have two "documents" (rather just texts) of rules for a contest we are hosting. We had two original pre-made example texts which we have modified very little (less than half a page of difference) and here what we need to have done is to compare the two documents of rules, one which is the modified English version (with my additions/changes highlighted in red) and the other, French version of the English document (with red highlights also indicating to potential differences) which does not have our additions/changes. We need somebody to compare the two and make them match each other - not word to word, but it should have more or less the same meaning. We need this done ASAP.

I have attached the first A4 that we need translated as an example of what needs to be done, thats about 40% of the work. I am using PeoplePerHour for the first time so I am not 100% sure that I am posting all the necessary details, feel free to ask me anything regarding the job etc. I am also available for Skype etc. to explain everything in more detail.
