Transcribe Georgian audio interview, translate it to English.

I made a short 20 min interview with a historian, who speaks in the Georgian language. I'd like to transcribe the Georgian text first recording the timeline so we can match it with the video. And in the second step, I'd like to translate the Georgian text to English, using UK spelling.
