Teach Spanish

I want some one to teach Spanish to a person, who may not be that comfortable in English as well. He has limited time, not sure how much though,

Online classes will be the only option. Being fluent in Spanish and to be able to teach are two different skills, I believe.

Please let me know:

(i) your experience as a teacher, or if you are sure you can teach even if not a teacher by profession
(ii) Native Spanish speaker (mother tongue) or a learned language
(iii) App. how much time it may take
(iv) Will any written material needed be provided?

Indicated budget is just a placeholder.
