Spanish to German translation

Looking for a Spanish text (fiction / tale) of 4400 words, to be translated into German. Proof-reader speaks both languages fluently, so manual translation only, please.
Transaltor will need to confirm that any and all right in the translation (including but not limited to copyrights) will vest in, and owned by the client. This project is on a strict budget, but the deadline is flexible.
