Spanish / English speaker

I need a Spanish & English speaker, to make a phone call for me. The location of the call is to Spain.

I have received and email from a company, asking me to confirm a date they have offered me, by clicking on a link in the email. However, the link does not work. But, the message also states that if the link does not work, then a person must phone them to confirm acceptance and give me reservation number.

I don't know if a live person will answer the call, or maybe it might be an automated message, where you just tap in my reservation number...i don't know. It should be only one quick phone call, but its possible it may be 2 or 3 phone calls, I just don't know yet.

But I need this done immediately upon acceptance of any proposal, and I need it resolved within one hour.... so this job is immediate start.
