Scripting video interview in Spanish and translate to English

14 minutes of video interview has to be written out in Spanish and translated to English.
Subject: Testimonial of a Mexican baker on the marketing of a traditional style bakery chain. No technical specific language. For each question the timecode must be noted.
You will make a word document with 2 colums: one Spanish, the other English : "synchronised so we can do the video editing of the interview by the English translation. We will use the English text as subtitles.
