Russian Word Lists - Speech Therapy Project

I need a native Russian speaking translator/writer to generate word lists for a speech therapy project.

All words should be written in cyrillic alphabet, be phonetically routine and be high-frequency nouns in common language use, as follows:

20 x three-letter words
20 x four-letter words
20 x five letter words
20 x six letter words
20 x seven letter words

[5 lists of 20 words, 100 words total]

Output format should be a google doc table with Russian word and English translation in adjacent boxes.

NB: Translator will be required to generate these lists themselves. Word lists will not be provided.
