Research on a French product

We would like some research carried out about the service 'Stop Secret' offered by Orange/France Telecom. We are particularly interested in 'hard' statistics - how many customers have use the system, whether it encourages people to stay with Orange, etc.

'Soft' information would also be useful - how effective is it? What do customers say about it? etc.

We just need the results as notes in English - we don't need a formal report.

What would be the cost and timescales?
