Portuguese & English-to-Portuguese Subtitles

We need to create subtitles in Portuguese for an interview video featuring a mix of Portuguese (which will just need to be transcribed) and English (which will need to be translated).

The video relates to economic research and is 3 minutes long, with the Portuguese content covering roughly two-thirds of this.

All applicants must provide us with translations of the first 14 seconds of English & Portuguese (0:09-0:20) so that we can check for caption formatting and quality (i.e. the time code the subtitles should appear for, and the text segment that should appear).
