Phonetic Hindi/Urdu Translation

I am looking for someone to do translations on an ongoing basis. For this first project, I have about 3,450 words in English that I need translated PHONETICALLY into Hindi/Urdu by Sunday morning, 11 AM Pacific Standard Time. The words chosen for the translation need to be understood by both a \"Hindi\" or \"Urdu\" speaker. Meaning that the words chosen for the translation should not be too extreme Hindi or too extreme Urdu. The translation should phonetically written so well that a young adult born and raised in the US, yet fluent in Hindi/Urdu can understand it. It is important to take into account the difference between sounds such as the \"a\" sounds and \"aa\" sounds. For example, the name Kamal is pronounced \"Kam\" \"aal\" so it should be translated as Kamaal not Kamal because the \"aa\" sound will be missed. Attached is a more detailed example of the translation.
