Phone call to Spanish person as i don't speak Spanish, to ask details about a house.

Hi Carlos Cayetano, Looking for someone to make a phone call to the seller of a house I am interested in buying. I have already called but the person speaks no english. I want to know if its still for sale, why it is being sold, how long it has been for sale for, if it was flooded at all in or affected by the recent floods, if it is connected to mains electricity/water and sewage, if there is more land for sale with the property if required as the plot behind the house appears to be empty and i thought it might be owned by the same seller as the house, who owns the access lane at the back of the property for access and could the top part of this (behind the access gates) be incorporated into the existing houses garden?, if there is air con or heating. Finally if the seller could contact me on my email at callumdford@hotmail.com (remembering the d in the middle of my email as it always get missed out) and email more photographs of the house internally and externally. I would like to fly out to see it, as I am in the UK, so can you check this is possible. If you can point out I am a cash buyer and seriously interested. Thanks. The sellor details are Jose phone number 607 371 567 and the property is for sale for in El Mojon and is listed on idealista website. Might be further work on this house or other houses we are interested in buying.
