Korean War Memoir Italian to English

Quick translation needed of a memoir hand-written by an Italian veteran about his experiences with the Italian Hospital serving in the Korean War. One section (pages 25-26) has already been translated and can be supplied for context. The remaining original translation was lost due to a computer virus. There are medical terms and Korean place names in the text, but I can deal with those - just indicate these as untranslatable or unclear.
