Italian & English Speaking Personal Assistant Required

We have recently purchased a house in Piedmont, Italy. The property is going to be a holiday let in the summer months & I'm looking for an English and Italian speaking individual that can help me with getting some of the services sorted out (e.g. the cleaner, the gardener and so on) as none of them speak English and do not appear to have email addresses. I see this as an ad-hoc requirement that will pick up in frequency during the summer months, though there will be a requirement to help out during other times of the year
