Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch coaching and training to students preparing for the IELTS exam. The role involves creating effective lesson plans, conducting engaging classes, and evaluating students' progress to ensure they are well-prepared for the test.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct IELTS preparation classes for students (both group and individual sessions).
• Assess students' current proficiency levels and tailor the course content accordingly.
• Design and implement effective lesson plans that cover all four components of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Provide regular feedback to students, helping them improve their English language skills.
• Administer mock tests and simulate exam conditions to prepare students for the actual test.
• Track students' progress and provide personalized guidance to help them achieve their target score.
• Create and update study materials, practice exercises, and resources for students.
• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment to encourage student success.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS trends, formats, and changes.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve training methods.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• IELTS certification with a score of at least 8.0 Bands is preferred.
• Proven experience in teaching and training students for IELTS exams (minimum 2 years).
• Strong command over the English language, both written and spoken.
• In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam structure, scoring system, and preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with various IELTS preparation materials and resources.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a consultancy or coaching environment is a plus.
