I need some meeting notes translated from English to Czechia

I need some documents translated from English to Czechia using Microsoft Word. The finished product will need to be in the same structure and format as the originals. Highlighting, outline format, numbering sequences, etc should look as similar as possible to the original.

The notes include the schedule, agenda, outlines, mission statement, and checklists.
