I need a Spanish Native in Spain to make a phone call maybe 2

Native Spanish with excellent English to make a phone call for me in Spanish to Hacienda or DGT (Not sure which), I will then call them on a mobile to discuss the results of the call. I will provide further information on acceptance of the job. In your proposal please write the region you live in as Galicia would be preferred. Native or excellent Spanish speakers only, also with the skill to converse in clear English. Upon acceptance it would probably be better if I can call you to explain the situation and provide more details, this can be done my Skype, Whatsapp or normal mobile phone. Also the phone call can only be done in the morning as the offices are only open at this so you need to be available to do it then.
